Performed a comprehensive feasibility assessment of the chemical production and conducted a market analysis to determine market potential.

Utilized simulation software, including Unisim and Aspen Hysys, for estimating critical process parameters.

Developed a Process Flow Diagram (PFD) to illustrate the entire production process and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) specifically for the reactor and separation towers.

Executed the process design for the production plant, encompassing equipment costing, payback analysis, and profit analysis to ensure economic viability and technical feasibility.
